Job Description

Overview:

Reporting to the Group PMO and global licensing team, this role oversees product and business delivery for key strategic initiatives, including regional compliance site build-outs. You will drive cross-departmental collaboration across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business, explore AI-driven efficiency, integrate compliance with business processes, and foster crypto-native innovation and cultural change.

The role requires working across time zones and outside standard hours, demanding high stress tolerance and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee PMO responsibilities for large strategic projects, including setting milestones, managing product roadmaps, tracking requirement delivery, monitoring development progress, and ensuring milestone completion. Support teams in achieving stage goals through rapid iteration.
  2. Integrate compliance and business requirements into product and research dependencies; coordinate Legal, Compliance, Business, and Technical teams to plan synchronously and prevent delays.
  3. Establish project metrics, risk assessments, and issue-tracking mechanisms; identify and address resource, technical, or regulatory risks; ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  4. Promote AI-driven programming efficiency and automation in product and research workflows; foster a culture of innovation; implement technology and process changes at the right time while maintaining a crypto-native agile style.
  5. Develop and maintain compliance processes for new product development and pre-launch; ensure cross-border collections, exchange operations, and other initiatives meet local regulatory requirements; lead Legal, Compliance, and Product teams in addressing regulatory challenges.
  6. Study PMO models of leading global companies (e.g., Ant Group, ByteDance, Binance); learn best practices; incubate new management processes or efficiency projects aligned with the group's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of project management or PMO experience at a large technology or Internet company; familiarity with agile development and product management.
  • Ability to develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects; capable of handling cross-time-zone collaboration challenges.
  • Understanding of compliance and business requirements; willingness to expand knowledge into compliance, business, and technology domains; familiarity with global compliance trends, especially in crypto and payments.
  • Strong interest in AI-driven efficiency, emerging tools, and cultural change; proactive in experimenting with new methods and driving adoption; comfortable with a crypto-native, experimental culture.
  • Excellent coordination and influencing skills; able to bridge different functions; adaptable to cross-time-zone schedules and non-standard hours; maintain high responsiveness.
  • Ability to quickly understand and respond to complex, changing project demands; continuous learner with self-drive; maintain entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in high-intensity environments.

Vision & Mission:

  • OSL is the first SFC-licensed digital asset platform in Hong Kong and a PayFi innovator. Through stablecoin payments, cross-border settlement and global licensing, we are building the next-generation payments network. Stablecoins have become everyday money across emerging markets and are widely viewed as blockchain's killer app, with industry focus shifting from token issuance to real-world consumer and enterprise payment adoption. The strongest growth lies in cross-border B2B payments, where providers embedding stablecoins into corporate settlement flows can capture significant volume and float. Long-term defensibility comes from regulatory licences, banking partners and cross-border corridors.
  • OSL holds or has acquired licences in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Bermuda and Indonesia, and is expanding into Europe, Brazil, Southeast Asia and Africa through acquisitions and licence applications. With OSL Pay and StableX, we embed stablecoin settlement into bank accounts and card networks, support 150+ digital assets, and provide 24/7 fiatstablecoin conversion. As a regulated pioneer with a startup mindset, we believe the future of payments will be driven by real adoption and scalable deployment, not technology narratives. We welcome builders who are passionate about crypto and payments to join us in shaping compliant, global payment infrastructure.
