We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
PMO Business Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role supports the leadership team, with a focus on financial oversight, executive support, and event coordination across both Finance and Risk & Compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Facilitate monthly meetings, covering both Finance and Risk & Compliance.
- Pipeline Management: Review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce and coordinate with the Account PMO team to ensure timely updates.
- Sales & Revenue Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and revenue performance against budget targets.
- Executive & Secretarial Support
- Manage calendars for Managing Directors, ensuring alignment client account schedules.
- Coordinate face-to-face meetings and optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Oversee timesheet submissions and expense claims.
- Handle visitor logistics including building access, Wi-Fi setup, and other clearance requirements.
- Events Management
- Organize logistics for regular team meetings:
- CFO & EV: Monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings.
- DRC: Monthly Risk & Compliance team meetings.
- Includes venue booking, catering arrangements, and coordination with content curators.
- Support ad-hoc client-facing events such as roundtables, workshops, and vendor partnership engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proven experience in business operations, PMO support, or executive coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and calendar management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
