How You Will Do It

. Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business.

. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

. Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making

. Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities

. Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities

. Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

. Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned.

What We Look For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
