Manage our timesheets & expenses
Manage our visitor clearances like building & Wi-Fi access etc.
Events Management
Regular team meetings - organize the logistics for our monthly team meetings (i.e. confirming location, arranging lunch/refreshments), working closely with the Managers who help us curate the content:
Monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings
Monthly risk & compliance team meetings
Ad-hoc events these will include client-facing events like Roundtables, Workshops, partnership events with vendors etc.
Job Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
With two or more years experience in project administration and project management.
Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
Able to prepare PowerPoint meeting decks for timely submission to client and project management.
