PMO Banking - Card Scheme

Our client is seeking a PMO professional to support the implementation of card scheme requirements across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Indonesia.

This role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and card scheme updates are effectively coordinated across multiple markets, working closely with regional stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track card scheme updates, mandates, and operational communications.
• Partner with regional product and business teams to review requirements and establish implementation plans.
• Coordinate activities across multiple markets, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or issues where necessary.
• Support product teams by helping interpret scheme requirements and their business impact.
• Manage project dependencies and delivery coordination to ensure successful implementation of card scheme changes.
• Drive follow-through on action items and maintain visibility of progress across stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The key requirement for this role is hands-on experience working with card scheme mandates and an understanding of how these requirements are implemented within a banking or card issuing environment.
