PMO and Budget Coordinator (Capex, Opex) (12 Months Contract) #NKC

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital & IT Business Support Executive to manage financial tracking and provide executive-level administrative support within the APAC Digital & IT function. This role combines budget oversight with coordination support for senior leadership and internal events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget & Financial Tracking

• Manage and monitor both CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Digital & IT.
• Ensure alignment with financial forecasts and business plans.
• Support reporting and tracking of key regional IT projects and programs in collaboration with Business Unit CIOs and functional leads.

2. Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide full administrative support to the Head of APAC Digital & IT, including managing calendars, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
• Organize and coordinate internal events such as Townhalls and team sessions, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
