Responsibilities
- Apply project management standards, risk management, and governance frameworks to oversee project delivery and ensure compliance
- Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, accruals, and actual financial tracking to maintain financial control
- Plan and track resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and meet delivery timelines
- Analyze project data and resolve issues with attention to detail to support effective decision-making
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with stakeholders and team members to foster a cooperative work environment
- Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Support governance roles for build projects, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Adapt project management approaches to banking projects when applicable
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or PMO roles
- Experience with governance roles for build projects and exposure to banking projects
- PMO certification
