Position Summary / Project Description
The role involve providing planning and oversight of IT functions in Healthcare. CIO Office team members are IT generalists who play an important role to support users in coordinating with various backend IT teams beyond day-to-day operational issues.
Role and Responsibilities
IT administration:
Assist healthcare institution IT director in IT workplan budgeting and planning.
Provide oversight and verification of IT costs / invoices
Liaise between finance departments and IT project teams on queries and clarifications
Assist in data collection and presentation preparation for management updates
Perform secretariat duties for selected boards / committees
Perform housekeeping of IT department files / shared information
Other ad hoc duties as required
IT Operation Support:
Track follow ups for IT issues that are escalated to the CIO Office to ensure timely resolution / implementation of IT issues
Work with users and delivery teams to provide oversight to ensure timely resolution / implementation of IT issues
Requirements / Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and SharePoint
SAP & Tableau User Knowledge will be an added advantage
Effective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observations
Experience with documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents
Hands on and creative problem-solving skills.
Active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Diploma holder with 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience
