Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Office Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Project
Work with project team to prepare program level decks and reports Support project team in administrative tasks pertaining to billing and invoicing processes.
Support the end to end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.
Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission.
Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed.
