Plumbing Supervisor cum Driver

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.

. Assign tasks and guide plumbing workers to ensure quality and timely completion.

. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

. Provide technical support and troubleshoot plumbing-related issues.

. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.

. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

. Drive company vehicle to ferry workers to/from dormitories and worksites.

. Ensure safe driving practices and proper upkeep of the company vehicle.

. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

. Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.

. Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence will be an advantage).

. Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.

. Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

. Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.

. Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices.

. Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.

Working Conditions

. 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday).

. Working hours: [8:00am - 5:30pm].

. Location: Various project sites across Singapore.
