Plumbing & Sanitary (M&E) Supervisor (Senior)

Company Overview

We are an established Singapore-based Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) contractor specializing in residential, commercial and A&A projects across Singapore. We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible (Senior) P&S Supervisor to lead site operations and manage all plumbing & sanitary works independently.

Job Responsibilities

The (Senior) P&S Supervisor shall be fully responsible for overall site supervision and coordination, including but not limited to:

1. Site Management

• Oversee daily site operations for plumbing & sanitary works

• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and authorities requirements

• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants and other subcontractors

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues

• Monitor work progress to meet project schedule

2. Drawing & Technical Coordination

• Interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and schematic drawings

• Ensure correct setting-out and installation according to drawings

• Highlight discrepancies and coordinate with project manager/engineer for clarification

• Ensure compliance with PUB / BCA / project requirements

3. Material Planning & Procurement

• Prepare material requisition based on site progress

• Monitor material delivery and usage

• Ensure timely ordering to prevent work delay

• Check materials upon delivery to ensure compliance with specifications

4. Manpower Management

• Supervise plumbers, workers and sub-contractors

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workmanship quality

• Ensure productivity and proper workforce deployment

• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce site discipline

5. Safety & Quality Control

• Ensure all works comply with WSH regulations

• Enforce proper PPE and safe work procedures

• Rectify defects and ensure quality workmanship

• Prepare for inspections and authority checks

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works in Singapore

• Strong knowledge of P&S installation (water supply, sanitary, sewerage, testing & commissioning)

• Able to read and understand construction drawings independently

• Experience handling HDB / Residential / Commercial projects preferred

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Responsible, independent and able to handle site matters fully

• Possess Class 3 driving license (preferred)
