Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Plumbing Site Supervisor to oversee daily plumbing operations and ensure smooth coordination between workers, customers, and management.
Responsibilities
- Allocate plumbers and workers to respective worksites to optimize workforce deployment and meet project schedules
- Conduct daily site briefings to communicate work plans, safety protocols, and quality standards to the team
- Supervise plumbing works on-site to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Monitor job progress daily and report timely updates to management to support project tracking
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve plumbing-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate service reports, work completion reports, and delivery orders to facilitate invoice processing
- Maintain proper documentation of completed plumbing works for record-keeping and compliance
- Assist plumbers on-site as needed to support work completion and address technical challenges
- Ensure all plumbing activities comply with PUB regulations and workplace safety requirements to uphold legal and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to support smooth project execution
- Travel to different worksites across Singapore to oversee operations and provide on-site supervision
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or relevant plumbing experience
- At least 2 years of experience in plumbing works or site supervision
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, and sanitary systems
- Familiarity with PUB regulations and Singapore plumbing standards
- Leadership skills demonstrated by managing teams and communicating effectively
- Proactive and responsible work approach with ability to work independently
