Job Description

Install plumbing systems in new construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Lay out and install pipes for water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems according to construction plans.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other construction workers to ensure proper installation.
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and water heaters during building construction.
Ensure all installations comply with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
Conduct pressure tests and inspections to detect leaks and ensure system functionality.
Repair or modify existing plumbing systems during renovation or construction adjustments.
Maintain proper safety practices and use protective equipment on construction sites.
Handle and transport plumbing materials and equipment safely.
Follow project timelines and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Report progress and any issues to the site supervisor or project manager.
