Job Description

Team: Lead a team of 4–6 Infrastructure Engineers

Role Overview:

Lead the operations and support of Kubernetes/container platforms and infrastructure services. Ensure platforms are stable, secure, monitored, and available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of Kubernetes/container platforms and COTS applications
  • Manage incidents, changes, troubleshooting, RCA, and upgrades
  • Install, configure, and support MongoDB, MSSQL, Nginx, Apache, IBM MQ, MQTT, Kafka
  • Work with application and infrastructure teams to resolve integration issues
  • Manage Linux administration, OS hardening, patching, and security compliance
  • Monitor platforms using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, eG Monitoring
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation
  • Handle capacity planning, performance tuning, and platform lifecycle
  • Support DR/BCP activities
