Job Role: - Platform Operations Engineer / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:-- Support and maintain IT infrastructure, platforms, and systems to ensure high availability
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability; perform routine health checks
- Manage servers, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure components
- Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are followed
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business and project requirements
Skills & Requirements: -- Experience in IT infrastructure or platform operations support
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP)
- Experience with monitoring tools and IT service management processes
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
