Responsibilities:
- Manage and support VMware vSphere, vCenter, and related components.
- Handle performance tuning, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
- Automate tasks and workflows using PowerCLI, PowerShell, or Python.
- Ensure system resiliency, security, and availability.
- Support change, problem, and incident management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of VMware technologies and virtualization concepts.
- Hands-on experience with automation scripting (PowerCLI, PowerShell, Python).
- Understanding of Information Security, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent certification.
