Platform Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Resolve L2 issues across Middleware, OS, and DB layers
• Support incident management and root cause analysis
• Provide technical support to development teams
• Evaluate releases for stability and compliance

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle integration and performance issues
• Script using Unix Shell and Bash
• Work with protocols (HTTP, FTP, SFTP, AS2)
• Support key generation and cryptographic configurations
