  • Maintain accurate access and entitlement records across users and service accounts

  • Handle service requests such as access changes, job scheduling updates, and connection configuration

  • Support change requests including platform configuration updates, job performance tuning, and system enhancements

  • Participate in impact assessments, implementation planning, and post-change validation

  • Ensure all changes follow ITSM processes and governance standards

  • Perform platform housekeeping including log management, storage monitoring, and license usage checks

  • Monitor scheduled job execution and troubleshoot failures, delays, and dependency issues

  • Support backup and restore procedures and contribute to disaster recovery readiness

  • Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and support audit and compliance activities

  • Operate in secure, air-gapped environments with strict controls and governance

  • Enforce security policies across Talend platforms and connected data sources

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to resolve issues

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance requirements

  • Work with project managers, data engineers, and client stakeholders across multiple projects

  • Escalate risks, incidents, and operational issues in a timely manner

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and standards

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in platform administration, production support, or operations for Talend or similar ETL/data integration platforms

  • Strong hands-on experience with Talend Administration Center (TAC), job scheduling, and execution monitoring

  • Experience troubleshooting job failures, dependencies, and performance issues

  • Experience working in on-premises or air-gapped environments

  • Ability to follow SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across ETL processes, job execution, and data connectivity

Preferred Skills (if any)

  • Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, public sector, or healthcare
