Plastic R&D Engineer (Master batch formulation, compounding, extrusion, injection molding)

Job Description:

1. Bachelors degree in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in polymeric applications, material science, or a similar technical role.
3. Vast & concrete experience in plastic: master batch formulation, compounding, extrusion, injection molding and all the quality testing
4. Proven experience in laboratory management, testing coordination, and technical project implementation
5. Strong understanding of polymer characteristics, plastic industrial processes & methods, and application techniques.
6. Hands-on experience in managing R&D experiments and pilot projects.
7. Knowledge of Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) regulations and best practices.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with laboratory management software
