PLASTERER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and applying bonding agents & skim coat
• Mix plaster materials to the correct consistency
• Apply plaster, render, or screed to walls, ceilings, and partitions
• Level and smooth surfaces using hand and power tools
• Repair cracks, damages, and defective plasterwork
• Follow drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions
• Ensure work quality meets project and safety standards
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and safe

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a plasterer in construction projects
• Knowledge of plastering materials, methods, and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• Good attention to detail and workmanship
• Willing to follow site safety rules and regulations
• Relevant trade certification or on-the-job experience is an advantage
• 6 day work per week
