Minimum Diploma in Engineering from recognised institution OR
10 years of experience in machineries and facilities related to incineration/ refining/ engineering of equivalent trade in electronic or ferrous/ non-ferrous metals industry
Possesses managerial skills in managing and leading people
Preferred to have driving licence class 3 or 3A
Well versed in English and be able to read and write Mandarin, to liaise with clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
Able to travel locally and occasionally overseas for short business trips
Job scope:
To lead and manage the entire factory's plant facility, processes and maintenance of equipment, machineries (medium sized scale), coordinating incoming materials and outgoing shipments
Manage current plant workers and arrange their job scope accordingly to daily requirements
Ensure safety at work at all times by all employees
To have in depth knowledge in processing lines, mechanical and chemical engineering works. Preferred to have some experience in incineration or refining process
Preferred to have general knowledge in electronic or ferrous/ non-ferrous metals / precious metals industry
Able to travel locally and globally for short business trips
To work with plant people and assist in improving the plant processes and streamline them
To coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, in house laboratory staff for work progress updates
To be able to take up or hold certain company licences (eg. chemical / WAH/ SCDF / first aid etc.)
