Own business performance including production output, sales revenue plans, operating profit targets, and overall cost management.
Allocate human resources effectively, fully utilize assets, delegate accountability, and build a high-performing, engaged team with strong retention
Implement strategies aligned with corporate initiatives and participate in regional and global operational reviews

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
At least 10 years of experince in Oil and Gas / Aviation Manufacturing
