Project Management:Manage projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications, from inception to completion.
Safety & Compliance:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental procedures.
Staff & Contractor Supervision:Manage and supervise maintenance technicians and oversee the work of external contractors.
Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, equipment, and projects.
Documentation:Maintain accurate records, reports, and technical documentation pertaining to plant operations and maintenance.
Collaboration:Work closely with production and other departments to ensure efficient plant operations and timely project completion.
Requirements
Education:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is typically required.
Technical Skills:Systems Knowledge: Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and control systems. Maintenance Tools: Familiarity with (CMMS). Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems and equipment malfunctions.Methodologies: Experience with methodologies like , , and is beneficial.
