Applied Lean & Six Sigma methodology to improve processes and facilities continuous improvement projects to meet organization objectives in manufacturing environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and making recommendations on improvement projects.
Lead and facilities quality improvement projects.
Drive projects closure to meet organization cost saving targets.
Guide and mentor employees on Lean & Six methodology.
Perform internal audits and follow through till closure of CAPA in the Agile system.
Cross-trained in Business Analyst and provide support when necessary
Job Requirement
Trained with certifications in Lean Six Sigma colour belts ( minimally green belt certified)
Minimally intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge with practical experience on Minitab or/and 8D methodology and lean thinking
