Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Mechanical Plant Engineer is to ensure the new equipment installation and process modifications to be carried out per requirements.

They are also responsible to uphold equipment application safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

By developing and implementing safety protocols, conduct regular audits and inspections, and train personnel on equipment maintenance and service safety practices.

• Take charge of new equipment installations, process modifications, supporting equipment PM and trouble shooting
• Responsible for workplace safety and health activities in Process development section programs.
• Lead and manage ECR reduction and closure
• Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the desired specifications
• Company Engineering Standards creation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years relevant working experience
• Exposure in Chemical related industry is a plus
