About the Role
Join our team as a Planning & Reporting Executive and take ownership of new vehicle sales and supply planning, inventory monitoring, ensure product compliance, and the timely submission of production orders and rolling plans to headquarters. As a key contact for HQ, you will coordinate sales, inventory, and production matters, maintain planning systems and reports, and provide market insights.
What You'll Do
- Prepare sales volume forecasts, short-term rolling plans, and medium- to long-term plans
- Monitor vehicle supply and stock levels to support optimal availability and business demand
- Monitor weekly and monthly production schedules and support production allocation
- Maintain internal data sources, the IT systems and ensure product compliance throughout the planning and ordering process
- Act as the main point of contact with HQ for sales, inventory and production topics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales to ensure effective information exchange
- Monitor market performance and competitor activities, assess themarket environment, and maintain market forecasts and reports
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments, projects, and reporting activities as required
What You Bring
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Prior experience in data analysis, statistical reporting and operational planning
- Good understanding of IT systems and the ability to maintain planning and reporting systems accurately
- Highly responsible and results-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
