Responsibilities
- Manage construction planning and scheduling, develop baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Identify project risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on project-related matters, offering both technical and non-technical solutions to ensure timely project completion
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
- Relevant experience in construction planning and project coordination
- Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6 for projects planning
