Job Summary
We're scaling our manufacturing operations and looking for a Planning Manager to lead production and material planning, ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the planning team (production & material planners)
- Own MPS, MRP, and capacity planning to support business demand
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Drive on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and material readiness
- Lead NPI planning to ensure smooth product ramp-up
- Identify risks in supply, capacity, and inventory—and drive solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in planning / supply chain / manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience managing planning teams
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and planning processes
- Experience in NPI and cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
