Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing schedules for maintenance, construction, renovation, and other facility-related projects. This role ensures that all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while minimizing disruptions to facility operations.
- Works closely with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain accurate timelines and identify potential risks.
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Hold a valid Primavera P6 so ware license and have proven expertise in using the software
Experience & Skill
- At least 3+ years of experience in scheduling for facilities management, construction, or maintenance projects.
- Proven experience in scheduling for facilities management, construction, or maintenance projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex timelines.
- Familiarity with facility operations, building systems, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Experience with coordinating shutdowns, refurbishments, and multi-phase construction schedule
- Proficiency in advanced scheduling so ware like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement timelines, and project cost control.
- Skilled in resource levelling, workload balancing, and critical path analysis.
