Planning Manager

Job Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to align resources and timelines
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays or risks
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
• Prepare planning reports and present updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
• Support procurement planning and vendor coordination
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction planning
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
