What You Will Be Working On

The Urban Planning Group carries out comprehensive Town Planning, Strategic Planning and Urban Design for HDB towns/estates. This includes planning/analysis, formulating/refining planning guidelines for facilities provision, and conceptualising and drawing up planning strategies and programmes for implementation.

You will be working closely with the Planners and Architects to plan HDB towns to be self-sufficient with a work-live-play-learn environment, where all towns have a comprehensive range of amenities and facilities to cater to the different needs of our residents, offer opportunities for residents to interact and add to the vibrancy of the towns. The effective planning of HDB towns is realised through the use of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), digital tools and analytics.

What We Are Looking For

You should be meticulous and independent, have pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery. Relevant knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modelling, data analytics / data science / data management / artificial intelligence / machine learning / geospatial will be an added advantage.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
