Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field with at least six years of planning experience.
Create and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Track actual progress against baseline, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
Generate S-curves and resource histograms to evaluate schedule performance and resource utilization.
Prepare high-level dashboards and monthly progress reports for internal leadership, clients, and external stakeholders respectively.
Identify schedule risks, develop mitigation strategies, and run what-if simulations to support decision-making.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure schedule alignment across disciplines and packages.
Manage schedule impacts from scope changes, delays, and acceleration requests through formal change control processes (VO & EOT)
Ensure planning practices align with contractual requirements, industry standards, and project governance frameworks.
