Planning Engineer

Job Summary

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction works. The role supports project management in progress tracking, risk mitigation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Track and monitor construction progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.

- Assist with construction sequencing, resource allocation, and productivity optimization.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for management and stakeholders.

- Conduct schedule risk analysis and support mitigation planning.

- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timeline alignment.

- Participate in project meetings and provide planning input to support construction decisions

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects is preferred.

- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
