Planning Engineer (Construction Industry)

• Support in tender exercise through planning of construction sequence and methodology.
• Provide value engineering proposal.
• Prepare master program in Excel / MS Project for tender.
• Prepare technical write-up, method statement and document for tender submission.
• To assist and support superior or management to generate prelim cost.
• To study and analyze project risk / challenges and develop strategy.
• To prepare presentation slide (MS Power Point) to management or tender presentation.
• To estimate resource requirements (manpower, equipment, machinery, etc)

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Civil /Building projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies and construction sequencing.
