Senior/ Planning Engineer (Tender)

Job Description

• Prepare and interpret engineering plans & specifications and communicating technical requirement to sub-contractors, suppliers, clients & consultants.
• Involve in coordination between sub-contractors/vendors/departments and anticipate labour/material/equipment demands to meet schedules.
• To update the Project Construction program and status of the program in order to generate weekly and monthly reports with respective trend charts.
• To prepare and issue program updates as required for internal and client reporting in order to ensure progress is in line with planned objective.
• Interact with senior management to provide detailed program and other detailed information necessary in order to substantiate claims.
• Ensure designs and plans adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with bid/tender teams to prepare technical proposals.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
• Minimum 3 years experience in tendering process of a building/civil project.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Working Location is at Tampines.
