Responsibilities:
- Tender & Planning Support: Assist tender exercises by developing work execution sequences and value engineering proposals to enhance bid competitiveness
- Program Management: Develop and maintain detailed master project programs using MS Project and Excel, ensuring clear scheduling throughout the project lifecycle
- Quality Assurance: Develop the Project Quality Plan and oversee its strict implementation on-site. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with approved quality standards and building codes
- Safety & Compliance: Prepare Method Statements and collaborate with the Safety Team to conduct risk assessments in accordance with authority requirements. Liaise with relevant authorities to secure all necessary statutory approvals
- Documentation Control: Implement and maintain a robust document control system to ensure full data traceability for all project activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry
- Proven, hands-on experience in construction planning for building-related facilities
- High proficiency in MS Office (for presentations) and Microsoft Project (for creating client submissions during tenders and project execution)
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, building codes, and statutory authority submission processes
