Planner (Project Planning/ MS Project/ P6)

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master and construction schedules using MS Project and Primavera

• Conduct critical path analysis and work closely with project, site, and engineering teams to ensure timely completion of key activities

• Prepare baseline schedules with resource allocation and cost loading

• Track project progress against the baseline and identify variances

• Produce progress forecasts and rolling schedules

• Coordinate with project teams on schedule updates, highlighting interfaces, conflicts, constraints, delays, and risks

• Monitor daily site progress and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Plan and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity

• Create recovery or catch-up plans when progress falls behind the approved schedule

• Present schedule updates and project status to clients when required

• Align schedules with actual site activities, subcontractor performance, and client/ design milestones

• Work primarily on-site

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or building projects
