Commercial Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Manager to prepare and substantiate variation claims.
• Assist in identifying the claim through review with Project team
• Maintain claims register and ensure timely submission of notices and claims.
• Work closely with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to align commercial objectives.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.
• Prepare regular commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all commercial processes and documentation adhere to company standards and governance frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in commercial or cost management (internship experience is acceptable).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
