Planner (Manufacturing) EAT

Key Responsibilities

• MRP & Procurement: Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) runs in SAP and partner with Purchasing to ensure on-time material acquisition.

• Production Scheduling: Plan, monitor, and optimize material flow through all stages of the production cycle.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Store teams to coordinate material availability, ordering, receipt, and order fulfillment.

• Data & Order Tracking: Maintain daily sales/production order listings with updated arrival dates and review inputs to align with schedules.

• Issue Resolution: Proactively analyze capacity constraints, resolve material shortages, and address delivery issues using SAP data.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
