Planner

As the Planner, you will be responsible for optimising our inventory management and distribution processes to ensure efficient fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

. Analyse sales data and inventory levels to forecast demand and plan optimal inventory levels

. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory

. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management and fulfilment

. Implement inventory control procedures and systems to minimise stock-outs and overstocking

. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain consistent product availability

. Prepare detailed reports on inventory, fulfilment metrics and process improvements

. Provide support and training to warehouse and distribution teams on inventory management best practices

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

. 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, forecasting, or fulfilment operations

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and modelling

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

. Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems

. Knowledge of manufacturing, transport and logistics industry best practices
