Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Data Quality Manager within the outsourcing function, this role is responsible for ensuring that all OSAT activities are executed in full compliance with company requirements.
Job Description
- Maintain accurate and timely OSAT activity records for visibility and traceability.
- Monitor OSAT status reporting and collaborate to improve data quality and consistency.
- Ensure OSAT compliance with company standards, policies, and contracts.
- Resolve data discrepancies by working with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee outbound shipments from OSAT, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Support B2B system integration and continuous improvement initiatives for data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the electronic industry, outsourcing, or B2B reporting.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, including one weekend shift.
- Proficient in computer use
- Strong drive, accountability, and consistency in problem-solving under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
