Planner cum buyer JTL

• Execute MRP runs in SAP and advise Purchasing on the timely procurement of materials.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials throughout the production cycle.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time availability of materials.
• Monitor and collaborate with Production and Store to ensure smooth material flow.
• Update material arrival dates in the daily sales order/production order listing.
• Review daily inputs to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to update and ensure timely ordering, receipt, and delivery of materials.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and order fulfillment issues through SAP analysis and cross-department coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
• Proficient in MS Office
