About the Project
Implement customer communication solutions by designing and managing templates, integrating systems, and handling document generation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, customize, and maintain communication templates such as statements, letters, and bills.
- Utilize Pitney Bowes tools including EngageOne Compose, EngageOne Designer, and EngageOne Enrichment for template development.
- Integrate EngageOne with CRM, ERP, and document management systems like Salesforce and SAP.
- Manage API-based and file-based data integrations for seamless input/output data flows.
- Develop workflows to generate documents in multiple formats (PDF, HTML, print).
- Support multi-channel output delivery including print, email, SMS, and digital portals.
Skills / Requirements
- Proven experience with Pitney Bowes EngageOne suite (EngageOne Designer, Generate, Dataflow/Spectrum), Automate BPA, and SQL, preferably in a SQL Server environment.
- Expertise in tuning and optimizing stored procedures and queries to enhance database performance.
- Skilled in creating complex functions, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers for application support.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical design documentation.
- Experience working with large-scale databases within SQL Server environments
