. Preparing WPS & PQR. ArrangingPerformance Qualification Test's

. Monitor workmanship from time totime and keeping track of welder performance.

. Performance incoming materialinspection. Visual inspection on material, verify heat number, material specagainst mill certs& purchase order and prepare incoming inspection report.

. Obtain, review and familiarizeclient project specification, welding procedures and acceptance standards

. Monitored welding consumablecontrol and it's storage at fabrication site.

. Monitored welder's performance ,reviewedwelder qualification record and welding activities to ensure

The worker is being carried out in accordance with approvedwelding procedure and client requirement.

. Perform fit-up inspection, as perapproved WPS.

. To ensure all fabrication works arein according to approved drawing & latest revision.

. Review shop assembly drawingagainst engineering drawings to ensure compliance.

. To ensure all fabrication workscomply with relevant project specification & classification requirements.

. Monitored Pre Heat/PWHT (Post WeldHeat Treatment) and Reviewed PWHT charts in accordance with client procedureand specification

. Arrange and co-ordinateNon-Destructive Test (NDT)

. Liaise and co-ordinate withclassification surveyor & ship owner's representative to carry outinspection.

. Prepare and comply all relevantfit-up / final inspection records.

. Review dimension reports off allsub blocks, major blocks & Erection blocks.

. Review & check orientation offpipe for pipeline.

. Review radiography films.

. Witnessing internal cleannessInspection for pipelines.(Chemical cleaning &Hot oil flushing)

. Inspect for correct gasket duringflange joint fitting.

. Ensure to follow all PCMdrawings(if any) and client comments

. Carried out line check and clearthe punch list before testing for pipeline.

. Review of the test package prior toHydro test.

. Witnessing Hydro test & Pneumatic test for pipeline

. Review and submission of FinalDocument for Approval.
