About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Piping Design Engineer / Drafter to support engineering and project teams in delivering high-quality piping design and drafting works. This role will focus on BIM modelling, 2D/3D drafting, and coordination across multiple disciplines for industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed piping drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM)

• Produce 2D layouts, isometric drawings, and 3D models for piping systems

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards

• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical)

• Assist in clash detection and design coordination using BIM tools

• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements

• Support documentation, submission drawings, and as-built records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in piping design or drafting

• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM)

• Entry level with relevant software knowledge is welcome to apply as training will be given

• Experience in industrial plants, oil & gas, water treatment, or building services projects is an advantage

• Good understanding of piping layouts, materials, and fabrication drawings
