Piling Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Piling Project Manager to oversee and manage piling operations on construction projects from planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the piling work are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with health and safety regulations and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise piling works across multiple sites.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance.

• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and construction reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Manage and develop project team including engineers, supervisors, and site workers.

• Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure all equipment and materials are properly managed and maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a piling supervisory or management role.

• Proven knowledge of various piling methods (e.g., CFA, driven piles, bored piles, secant piles).

• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiar with industry safety regulations and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
