.Lead client acquisition and membership management, design and implement strategies to grow customer base and loyalty

.Maintain strong client relationships, optimize service experience, and ensure high satisfaction and repeat engagement

.Manage class scheduling and instructor team to deliver quality training aligned with client needs

.Oversee marketing initiatives and brand development, leveraging data analysis to drive business growth

.Able to conduct Pilates classes in both Mandarin and English.
