Key Responsibilities
Instruction: Teach a regular schedule of private Pilates sessions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and technique.
Client Retention: Build and nurture a dedicated client base, focusing on long-term client retention and providing exceptional, personalised service.
Sales & Scheduling: Actively consult with clients on packages, memberships, and progression plans.
Mentorship: Potentially assist in basic shadowing or onboarding of new instructors on studio equipment and client flow.
SOP: Adhere to studio SOPs for session preparation, client check-ins, and post-session protocols. Perform basic housekeeping duties, including maintaining clean and organised equipment, studios, and common areas
