Pilates Instructor

We're a new, friendly Pilates studio in Pasir Ris looking for a passionate and dedicated founding instructor to join our family. We handle the business side of things-client-finding, scheduling, and admin-so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring people on their fitness journey. If you're looking to be part of a supportive, tight-knit team and want to get in on the ground floor, this is the perfect chance. This role starts part-time/freelance with the potential to become full-time as we grow.

What You'll Do:

Lead dynamic group classes (Mat, Reformer, or Tower/Reformer) with a maximum of 6 students, creating a personal and focused environment.

Guide personalized 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 sessions, tailoring each workout to the client's specific needs and goals.

Demonstrate and instruct a variety of exercises on the Reformer and Tower, providing clear cues, modifications, and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form and safety.

Bring your unique energy and passion to every class, building strong connections with clients and ensuring they feel supported and motivated.

Help clients improve their flexibility, posture, and strength by teaching stretching exercises and demonstrating the safe use of equipment and props like resistance bands, balls, and weights.

Use your expertise to create engaging routines that challenge students of all skill levels.

Who You Are:

You're a great communicator with the patience to guide both new and experienced clients.

You possess strong leadership skills that create a motivating and safe environment for your students.

You have a deep knowledge of exercises and routines, especially on the Reformer and Tower.

You're passionate about physical fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Your Availability:

We're looking for help with 1-hour classes on weekday mornings/evenings and weekend mornings. Let us know what slots work for you, and we'll build a schedule together.
