Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AHPC-Registered Physiotherapist with at least 4 years of post-graduate experience to join our cozy and growing rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patients physical wellbeing, confident in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and ready to take on a more involved role within the clinic. This position also offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business development, including expanding clinical services, strengthening patient education initiatives, and building our digital and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Work
- Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy treatments for musculoskeletal, sports, orthopedic (pre/post-op), and workplace-related conditions.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to design individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Guide patients to improve mobility, functional independence, and long-term health management.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use rehabilitation devices.
- Promote injury prevention and healthy movement strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Clinical Quality & Protocols
- Develop and refine clinical protocols and best practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and clinical audits.
Business Development & Social Media
- Collaborate with the team to create educational and engaging content for social media.
- Participate in community outreach, partnerships, and initiatives that promote clinic services.
- Provide ideas for new service lines or programs for clinic growth.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Singapore (valid work pass or residency status required).
- Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
- AHPC Registration
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Proficient in managing diverse MSK conditions
- Experience in developing clinical protocols (advantage)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with social media, content creation, or patient education
- Proactive mindset, independent yet team-oriented
- Abe to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high clinical standards
